Order & Payment Policy

  • Accepted payment methods (credit cards, online payments, etc.). Full payment is required at the time of order. 

Delivery Policy

  • A local delivery fee will be added to each order for each delivery address. 
  • Orders must be received by 3:00pm for delivery as early as the following day. We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests; however, we cannot guarantee exact timing. Please note that we do not offer deliveries on Sundays in observance of rest. Orders scheduled for Sunday will be delivered on the following business day.

Substitution Policy

We take great care in selecting the freshest, most beautiful blooms from the garden for your arrangements. While we strive to match your order as closely as possible, nature can be unpredictable, and certain flowers may be unavailable due to seasonal changes or supply limitations. If a substitution is necessary, we will choose flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of your arrangement. Rest assured, your bouquet will be just as stunning as you envisioned!

Refunds, Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans can change, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. 
Cancellations & Changes: Orders can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. After this window, we may have already begun preparing your arrangement, and changes may not be possible. 
Refunds: If there is an issue with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Quality Concerns: If your flowers arrived damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please provide a photo immediately. We will gladly make it right with a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
